Gone Girl - Gillian Flynn Well, that was an interesting book. It's hard to say much about it without spoiling the twists and turns, so I'll just say that the story really picks up in the second part, which is called "Boy Meets Girl"; this is really the first major twist. From there the story, twists and turns all the way to a rather unusual end--or maybe I should say that the end is more typical of literary fiction, where the good and the bad are gray and people (both good and bad) don't always get what they deserve. I'm going to read this again later this year, I think, just to enjoy the construction of the story all over again.
